This is one of my go to Dunkin Donuts in the area. Solid, consistently good coffee, doesn’t usually have a huge line and I’m always able to find a parking spot. Staff is quick and friendly, I’m always in and out in minutes.

It’s all about the attitude of who is serving you once you are a chain and not an independent beverage place. I don’t thing anyone on the serving side cared to be there. Owners you need a face lift for your staff.

Went to this place today and stood there next to the register for about 2 minutes while the 2 employees just chit chat and ignore me, even chatted with a friend that went to the register(hard to miss a tall guy like me) I usually go to the Dunkin Donuts in River Edge on Midland, they are much better. To whom it may concern, it was 2 mexican chicks, perhaps a similar race, at around 10:25 pm Dec 10. Never again

They have a cool Bench at the edge of their parking lot. Perfect for people/traffic watching. This place is a standard DK and BR. Good ol’ fashion mass produced carbs and sugar. But hey, the coffee is yummy and I’m no snob to said carbs or sugar. Parking lot holds a few cars but parking can be a pain. I walk here from my APT, it’s close by and its good to walk to your daily treat. Nothing really makes this place stand out. Which is why its A-OK.

Service is good… They also offer wifi service… only disappointment is that they have a sign posted stating that customers that drove there can only park for 15 minutes…

The narrow parking lot will be the 1st thing you’ll notice coming in. It will pose some difficulty in parking and exiting when the place is full. Relatively clean and the staff are pleasant. Same great DD coffee as any other DD chain out there. Their Vanilla chai tea is pretty good too.

I’m so happy there’s finally and Dunkin Donuts in New Milford. The location leaves a lot to be desired though. You can miss the entrance since its so close to the Wachovia next door. The parking’s narrow and sucky, if a car’s backing out of their few spots, you can’t maneuver around it. and cars will back up into the street. Coffee and the Baskin Robbins sections are both good. place is always clean. but the BR guy always feels the need to ask what my nationality is, etc, etc. yea buddy, just a chocolate scoop please.
