Our septic system is coming out of the ground! We are dealing with bad odors and more expenses now after the fact! We had an awful experience dealing with this company and would NOT recommend them to anyone!

I am sure these are great guys and a great company. However, it was difficult for me to get them to come out to my house. I had sewage backing up into my shower and I was clear that I could take off work to be there. I stayed home all day yesterday. My service date was pushed back twice and I was told this morning that it could be today but might be tomorrow. I had heard great things about this company and I understand weather delays, but at least apologize if you say one thing but can’t do it. I was looking forward to working with these guys on my new house as I am new to the area. In the end I called another group and they set a time for this afternoon.

These guys are“sewer”-ously awesome :) Es-«septic”-ally amazing. (All right, that last one was bad). Seriously though… no one wants to deal with sewer problems, but luckily these guys will… and will do a great job at it. They are knowledgeable and won’t lecture you too much if you’ve been flushing stuff you shouldn’t have :) They are a small company and you’ll find yourself dealing with the owner frequently which makes dealing with your dirty little problem that much easier.
