RCM Heating & Cooling

We needed to replace a second floor gas furnace. After speaking with other HVAC service techs to get quotes and recommendations we felt overwhelmed and uncertain. After an internet search for local companies we decided to call RCM heating and cooling. We were pleasantly surprised to receive an answer from a courteous and helpful employee she was prompt to direct us to a knowledgable service technician. We were confident we had received honest and accurate recommendations as to the best unit for our square footage and existing equipment. When we were ready to schedule installation RCM was able to accommodate our scheduling needs. The new furnace is very quiet and we are very satisfied with the overall experience working with RCM. We plan to have our air conditioners cleaned and serviced in the spring. We recommend RCM!

They stand by their repairs, communicate clearly, and are always extremely professional and friendly. They have even let me know what repairs I may have coming up in the near future, and never try to take advantage by fixing things that don’t need to be fixed or fixing them sooner than they need to be fixed, as we have experienced with other companies.
