Terrible customer service. Long time customer. We have 12 coupons from 12 pizza boxes and they say they changed their promotion. On the coupons has NO expiration date. Funny thing is we save $ 10 now instead of a free large pizza. Even more funny is their coupons that go out to everyone, including people that have never ordered is buy one get one half off pizza. Which is same promotion as I get for purchasing 12 pizzas. So basically you have to spend over $ 200 on pizza there to save $ 10. FYI pizza Mia down the street has a coupon for a free pizza of that value when you buy a pizza. And you don’t have to buy 12 pizzas to get it. Pathetic.

Another 2 star review due to the service of this place. Literally ordered a pizza for delivery, and typically when a place is busy theyll quote an hour time frame due to oven space and other orders. Called in ordered i asked if they were busy phone girl said not really, still gave me an hour time for delivery. I called back 25 min later to change it to pick up– phone girl said, well its ready now if you wanted to pick it up. So, it seems like the pizza would sit there for another 30+ minutes after cooking to be delivered. I used to work for a pizza place and if we werent busy we quoted times based on how many orders we had. Pick up always 20 – 30 min and depending on deliverys 30min to an Hour– I dont ask for much but– get it together

So remember that great review I posted about their chicken parmesan? Well about 10 days ago we ordered it again and were deeply disappointed. The chicken was overcooked, there was very little parmesan cheese on it, and the sauce was nearly nonexistent. What a disappointment! I was so disheartened that I called and talked to the manager. I explained our experience and told him that we have been customers for over 8 years. He was understanding and offered to replace the meal. I explained that we had eaten it, as that is the whole idea about carry out food. So he told me that I could have a free one the next time and guaranteed that I would be satisfied. I don’t know what is going on here, maybe they have new employees who are not aware of the high standards that customers have become accustomed to. Has success ruined an otherwise great establishment? They have half priced pizza on Tuesdays, and their customer base seems to have expanded greatly… maybe too much too soon? I have taken ANOTHER star from my rating, and will update later. We did have a pizza last Tuesday that was pretty good, although the crust was not up to par. I used to feel confident abut going here, and happy that FINALLY New Lenox had at least one place that we could feel good about. I mean, really, why can’t New Lenox attract and keep good restaurants? I sincerely hope that Italian Fiesta can redeem themselves, they have been my go to palce for many years now, they are close and convenient, and we have always been happy and pleased with both their food and the friendliness of the employees. Please don’t become another mediocre carry out place, New Lenox has those in spades, and we hope that Italian Fiesta can once again become one of the bright shining stars that it used to be.

I had a pizza from them last week. It is a good thin crust Chicago pizza pie. Flavor was good. Staff was pleasant. The place was clean and neat. I have also had their pizza at the New Lenox triple play. Price is very fair. Order was ready on time. A Chicago classic that I will stop at agian when I am in the area.

How can a place be so inconsistent that it goes from being on the top our our list to the bottom? The last pizza we had was worse than a tombstone. Crust was flavorless and dry, sauce seemed to be sprinkled on not spread on, and the lack of sausage and mushrooms, made some pieces resemble a cheese only pie. The only reason I ate more than one square is that we had nothing else to indulge in and we had skipped lunch. This place is off my radar. Going back to pizza Mia.

What a xpensive lg. pizza, $ 32.00 for a thin, lg, chz, sausage, ez onion. That’s a $ 2.50 delivery charge included. Where do they think they are. They’re surrounded by cornfields, not concrete. WOW! First and last, regardless of taste.

When I moved from Chicago to Joliet 4yrs ago I thought I would miss my Italian fiesta pizza on halsted but to my surprise I found one in new Lenox and wow it was the same so needless to say I was pleased. My wife is from Alabama so since she moved down here I’ve been taking her to all my chi town spots and so I took her here and she loved it, that was about a year ago so we went there last night and the pizza is just not the same we couldn’t put a clear finger on it but the sauce for me was subpar and my wife said the crust was like cardboard so we were both disappointed so I guess if We want an Italian fiesta pizza it’s back to the city we go.

First time trying the pizza here and I was unimpressed. While it wasn’t bad, it was adequate. It definitely wasn’t worth the price I paid($ 20 for a large sausage).

I like this place. I don’t live close, but my girlfriend lives close by. We came here because a «competitor» sucked in providing us with a great pizza experience. I like thin crust, with minimal toppings. They impressed me. I’ll be back, next time I visit. As for Jody’s, well there is no as for. This is about Italian Fiesta.

Called in for a pizza to be delivered. Came really greasy and not what I typically get. Wondering if they were training someone. I usually get a 4 star pizza.

Lunch special, slice and a coke for $ 3.25. Not bad. For the price, the pizza’s not bad. It’s comparable in quality to your mega franchises like Pizza Hut and better than your frozen pizzas. I still find myself coming here every so often, so it’s good enough for me to come back. Take out only. No dining-in.

Another pizza joint we have sampled in the New Lenox area is Italian Fiesta. My family and I have been ordering pizzas here since the Obama inauguration. We figured if our new President and his family liked the pizza we have to try it out. We usually order a 16″ cheese and sausage and a 16″ cheese and pepperoni. The pizzas are very good, a bit on the greasy side though. They have good tasting crusts, a little on the soft side and plenty of ingredients. The service is very friendly and with coupons the prices are reasonable. We have yet to try any of their other offerings, like their Italian Beefs or anything. We may have to do this on our next visit.

I thought I had reviewed this place before but I guess not, it has one of the best thin crust pizza in our area, it’s my pizza of choice but my family likes another place, which shall remain nameless, even the President buys the company’s pizza.

We ordered pizza, a house salad, mozzarella sticks, and breaded mushrooms for delivery. On the phone, they estimated an hour, but our order arrived in 30 minutes. They specialize in thin crust pizza here, and it’s good. It’s not life-changing, but for me, thin crust pizza is never a thrill. They have no specialty pizzas, same as its neighbor Pizza Mia, so if you want toppings, you pay dearly for them. I hate that. The mushrooms were excellent, though, and the mozzarella sticks were good but the marinara was straight from their refrigerator, which I found disappointing. I’ll probably order from here again, though. Just not cheese sticks.
