Consistently average. Service is either great or awful. HUGE negative is why do they allow children in the bar? Really? Children in a bar? I understand this is a restaurant but yesterday there were kids AT the bar. How about in the dining room. If I want to sit at a bar and have a beer I’d really rather not be sitting next to an 8 year old. Kids in the restaurant area please.

I come here often with co-workers for lunch or after work and our service and food is always great, never had an issue. It’s buffalo wild wings so there’s not much to rave about but they do have a decent happy hour!

The first thing I noticed about this establishment is that it is SUPER bright compared to all the Buffalo Wild Wings I’ve been to. It’s also smaller. Service was awful. Slow. It took us 15 minutes to even have a waitress ask us what we want to drink. During our 2 hour visit I noticed they seat only black people in the back. Every white person that came in was seated towards the front, but we soon noticed that every black person that came in was taken to the back of the establishment. I’m not saying their racist, but it was a strange thing my party & I noticed. The menu has changed and is slightly more expensive. They no longer offer wings by the number(ex. 6, 12, 18 or 24 wings). Now it’s based on «snack, small, medium or large». The staff was nice despite all the cons.

Service at the carry out counter is always great however, the size of wings that this place serves is embarrassing for the BWW name. They claim they come prepackaged which I understand but there should be some standards. I’ve ordered expensive chicken wings and not popcorn chicken. The parking situation is the main reason I try to avoid this place. The only place where I should have to circle 15 times to park and eat should be a five star restaurant in downtown Chicago, and I wouldn’t have to because they would have valet. This place should seriously consider valet or a better parking solution.

Maybe I have just been exposed to too many real sports bars… but I have no time for the madness that is BW3.

Very crowded every time I go, which means slower service, but the food is great, as usual for a Buffalo Wild Wings, so I can’t complain.

After many bad experiences at the new lenox buffalo wild wings, I will now write my first Unilocal review because of todays dine in. Ever since they have opened, I have honestly not had one good experience there. Even with take out they have managed to screw up something 3 different times. Each time I got a credit, and the last time I told them that I would never eat there again and rather go to frankfort because I have never had issues there. They gave me a 20% discount and free wings to say sorry. Two months later, I decided I will go inside and eat so maybe then I will have a better experience. That was not the case. I went with my fiancé, sister n law and nephew. Our waitress Danielle did not ask us once if we needed a refill or how our food was. We had to flag her down for sour cream and she never brought it!!! At the end when she brought the check we told her we would like our refills and sour cream to go for the nachos because they were cold and we had waited so long for her to bring it. Everytime she would walk by the table she wouldnt make eye contact with us she would go oppisite direction. It even got to the point we paid our check upfront because we didnt know how long we would have to wait for her. Im only giving this a 1 star because I had no choice. I will say the manager kathy is very nice and got us a refill once when she walked past and saw we needed them. I just hope kathy can get that bww in shape like frankfort because they are very slow there and not very good with remembering orders and Danielle should be fired. She put my whole family in a bad mood after lunch.

We walked in and were greeted with a bit of an attitude from the hostess when we asked for a booth, of which there were many available. We sat there over 15 minutes with not a drink order or a server approaching us. Five different servers walked past our table, some made eye contact and walked away. The place had a few people but were not busy enough for this to happen. The general manager/owner was notified as she stood at the register ringing out customers, looking much busier than the two young servers standing idly behind her. I’ve visited other BWW establishments owned and operated by the Fralich family and have had similar experiences.

I’ve been to many Buffalo Wild Wings. The food here is basically the same as all of them, which I happen to enjoy. The service is extremely slow. Maybe you can chalk it up to being a newer location and that it will improve. The parking here sucks. Unless you are carrying out, be prepared to walk a bit.

First time here we sat against the wall on the far side of the dining room and they kept trying to sit every new customer between us and the other table. There was absolutely NO room there for people to sit. Everyone refused except for a few young kids who finally took the table and it was miserable for all of us! The second time we went there the GM Kathy screwed up our bill 3 times… seriously it was just simple math. She didn’t even seem to care and kept blaming the computers… She was overcharging us, I was so upset about it I reached out on Facebook and they told me to send an email With what had happened… needless to say after over a month I STILL have not heard back from them. Will avoid as much as I can, horrible customer service!

This is my second time here and it’s probably the nicest one I’ve been to in the south suburb area. Only reason it doesn’t get 5 stars is because of the bad parking situation. Our server/bartender Shelly is awesome. Also the second time with her serving us. The place is very nice with TVs everywhere and the food is always awesome. We’ll definitely be back soon!

This is by far the worst Buffalo Wild Wings I’ve been to. It’s a new location, so the first time I didn’t really care, but twice now I’ve gotten wings that had little to no sauce on them. Both times were take out orders or else I would have just sent them back, but that was not an option. When you call in an order, you shouldn’t have to request«double-dipped» just to make sure the wings even have sauce. Looks like I’ll be going back to the Frankfort location for now.

Recently opened in New Lenox earlier this year. The family was sick of Chili’s which is our only other chain option so decided to give it a try. Honestly, I’m not sure we’ll go back to Chili’s again. Arrived on a Thursday evening and were seated immediately. Parking is horrendous and I can’t imagine it would be easy to find a spot on the weekend(the main reason this is 4 stars and not 5). Our server, Charles, was excellent. Our drinks never ran dry. The food was typical bar/grill type food, and arrived hot, fresh, and tasty. Prices are similar to Chili’s, maybe a buck more. The atmosphere was laid back and there were TVs everywhere. Definitely plan on going again.
