The burger looks beautiful and the sweet potato fries are great. You are greeted by teenagers, who you can’t hear over the echo. You order off a menu at a stand/​register by the front door. The burger is beautifully displayed but dry. In fairness, they are new, I will try them again in a few months. The owner does walk around proudly and we mentioned the awkwardness of noise at the register/​ordering stand. I hope they figure out a way to minimize the echo. It could be really nice. I like the fact that they are hiring students who eagerly deliver your meal and pick up your garbage. I look forward to trying them again in the future.

New to New Kent… Nice burger place :)
They just opened so they are getting better every time we go. They need pies :) just have cookie and brownies for desert. Great burgers, kids like it. Good sweet potato fries! The burgers were Angus beef and the variety was good. Blue burger was good ! The Boy loved the bacon cheddar burger, he really loved it. We also got the cranberry turkey sandwich and that was good as well. They will be opening the another section where they will serve beer and wine. Good hang out place. This place is only going to get better. I like the fact they use very little plastic. Paper plates to bamboo pokers. What would be nice is if they would have a separate bin for recycling.

Tried aspen burger today and although it’s a little pricey, the food was fabulous. My son had the smokehouse burger topped with beef brisket. He said it was the best burger he’d ever eaten. I had the turkey burger with a cranberry relish and it was amazing. Even the sweet potato fries were delicious. The atmosphere was also impressive.

Just went there for my first time. A beautiful spacious place but I was there to get an order to go. Arrived a minute or so before 9 and they still made me a burger. I appreciated that. Met owner and he was very friendly.
The burgers are huge. I disagree with the Unilocalers who think they’re overpriced. I worked hard to finish my double. Good thing I was hungry. I also appreciated that they made a perfect medium rare and didn’t overcook it. I’ll be back.

I went to the grand opening today. It’s very nice place and a very spacious building. The burgers are good albeit way overpriced. A large group will run up a bill comparable to going to an actual sit down restaurant but small groups are alright. Service was very friendly. Small children were being allowed to run and scream at high pitches throughout the restaurant with no control. The headache wasn’t something I wanted from the burger joint. The owner seemed nice. Overall I took off stars for the pricing and atmosphere.
