I am like Auto Zone’s #1 fan. And the guys that work in this particular one on tarentum bridge rd are really friendly, helpful, and down to earth. So far I’ve had them run check engine light codes for me, help me decide what motor oil, what brakes, what rotors I need, and just yesterday, they installed a car battery for me at no additional cost and with the most cheerful attitude imaginable, especially when you take into account that it was a Sunday night and they were closing soon.
If you need advice on something, the guy to go to seems to be an older gentleman with glasses named John. He’s very patient and helpful.
