Fantastic service and vehicles! Rob was a pleasure to deal with and delivered everything he said he would! Drivers were professional and on time, our wedding party arrived on schedule and in style. We are very happy with our choice to use Lancelot for our special day! The party bus was amazing, our party didn’t want to leave the bus. Top notch!

Best limousine service in the NY area! I just had my wedding this past weekend. The company was so accommodating, and we had to rearrange our transportation due to more guests last minute, and they had no problems with changing to our needs. Every driver was extremely professional friendly and well organized, as well as the owners, and staff. The cars, shuttle buses, and limos were clean and beautiful. I highly recommend them for your wedding and events!!!

I cannot say enough nice things… Beautiful and clean car… friendly and easy-going driver (Nick)… (who went above and beyond his job by assisting us in finding a bathroom in NYC between our stops!). We were a party of 9 for a Sweet 16 dinner celebration. We had several stops in the city and because of driver/limo, everything went super smooth. I would definitely recommend and would use again!

Absolutely phenomenal!!! We used Lancelot to rent a party limo for transportation for our wedding guest, us and wedding party throughout the night and we were blown away. Lancelot is the best limo service we have ever worked with in my life and the level of service, attention to detail, responsiveness and quality was even beyond our expectations. Our driver was extremely friendly, flexible, and personable. We had a bunch of different trips planned throughout the night and every passenger was given five star service and the logistics worked out flawlessly. Stop you search and just use Lancelot for any of your transportation needs… you will not be disappointed.

I have used Lancelot Limos on multiple occasions for wine tours, and my group is always beyond happy with the experience. I’ve never felt like «just another wine tour» for two main reasons: Rob is one of the friendliest people you could imagine, and you can select the wineries you want to visit. A pre-packaged option can’t provide you with that experience. The limos are always clean, comfortable, and on-time, and the drivers are professional and polite. I know that I like wine tours because they’re relaxing, and Lancelot plays a major role in creating that atmosphere.

Had a great experience with Lancelot Limousine Services. Booked them for our wedding May 10, 2015. They worked with our budget and gave us multiple options. I appreciated their guidance and they really wanted to give us the best package possible. The team is always professional and very nice. They made the process very easy and stress-free. The limo’s were beautiful and stocked with plenty of beverages. Drivers were on time and went beyond what I expected their duties to be (i.e., helping with my gown and the photographer). Great bonus that they give us a free airport ride for future trip. Highly recommend.

We used Lancelot Limos for our wedding on ¹²⁄₁₂ and had an amazing experience. We dealt with Rob who was so kind and accommodating and he helped us plan everything. Thanks to his crew, our wedding day went down perfectly. His staff helped with the train of my dress at the church and kept telling me how beautiful I looked — that helped with the five star rating ;) My father and I got picked up in the old Bentley and the driver beeped the horn to «Here Comes the Bride». Truly felt like such a bride then! Lancelot was so reliable and their cars and buses were beautiful and clean. We will definitely be using them in the future and also recommending them to our friends for their weddings!

Yesterday we took our 13 year old daughter and 4 friends for a day in the city! A birthday celebration. Our wonderful driver was John! We couldnt have asked for a better guy. He was kind and patient and accommodating all day. The girls loved him and wouldn’t stop calling his name!
Our last stop of the day was a restaurant all the way down town. It turned out it was a 3 hour wait – UGH. We came out and he wasn’t fazed at all. He made another suggestion the proceeded to drive us all the way back uptown!
From the beginning to the very end this was a pleasant and professional experience. We will not hesitate to hire these guys again!

i meant to write this a few weeks ago when my situation occurred.
we got scammed by another limo company, and realized the morning of our huge event. we called all around to try to get a party bus, at a reasonable price in such short notice to fill the void of the one we originally thought we were getting from another company. nobody was really helpful until i gave a call to lancelot…
the owner Rob and his staff were so accommodating and understanding of our budget, and situation. they got us an amazing party bus and even stocked it with champagne for us! our bus drive Greg was also amazing and so great with our rambunctious group. i highly recommend this company for all limo needs, they were absolutely amazing!

This company was great! We had 12 Family members drive around the city for my grandmothers 89^th Birthday. They drove us every place she grew up. We had the best driver! He deserves an award for the way he navigated that big truck up and down those small city streets. His patience was 2^nd to none as my grandmother remembered new places she wanted to see.
