This place has gone down in quality. I was here last week and walked out disappointed. I have never had such a bad manicure and pedicure before. It was messy and just terrible. For what they charge they need to do better. So disappointed in them.

I use to come to Donna’s because I found that they did my nails quite well for a good price! I would get a gel manicure once or twice a month. Two weeks ago, I went on a Saturday to get my nails done with a gel manicure as usual and I paid $ 30 since French is a bit extra than regular gel. Two days later, three nails of my gel polish were starting to come off. It had peeled from the edges. I was so upset. I am paying $ 30 plus tip for a gel manicure that is supposed to last for atleast 2 weeks. I didn’t do anything to my nails to have it come off like that. I go back in there and the girl who did my nails gives me an attitude and says «Well what do you want me to do? We have no guarantee on our nails» (Her exact words) The owner tells me there’s nothing she can do and that I would have to pay $ 3 each nail for French. I thought it was ridiculous. I am never going back there again. It didn’t bother me so much that it peeled. Whatever life happens, but the fact that she said $ 9 in total to redo those nails that were messed up is not fair to me literally 2 days after I had it done.
Could have been old polish. But if you are running a business, I feel like you should do the best you can to make your customers satisfied especially when one of your workers did a lousy job. If you’re looking for a nice mani or pedi, sure it’s a great place to go to but I’d never come back again for a gel manicure after that whole mess.

My friend convinced me to do our nails and we came here to donna’s nails and i can’t believe how great of an experience it was! Everyone is friendly and they take care of you very carefully to make sure everything is to the customers liking. Not only that but they do one of the best jobs ever. I highly recommend this place if you want a fantastic job for your nails and not too expensive!

Something I always noticed about this place was how clean everything was. All utensils were sanitized after every use of each. There’s no safer feeling than knowing the value of hygiene.
The workers pay close attention to the details of the nails they work on. My cuticles were skewed off & my nails were cut & polished very smoothly.

DO NOT GO! They rush through manicures and pedicures, my nails weren’t even completely painted I had to ask her to repaint one of them. The owner was not friendly, she made me rush to choose a color and I ended up not even liking it! Very little communication with the customer they don’t ask how you want your nails filed they just rush through everything. Very disappointed !

I give a 3 star review because the pedicure was great and she spent a lot of time on me. The facial wax I got was ok, but when I was leaving you see piles of hair on the floor, like pubic hairs. It was really nasty. Not sure about the cleanliness here since I haven’t been back since.

I needed to get a pedicure and based on the reviews I walked in and they took me right away, that was the plus side. The woman that greeted me was very nice. There was nothing outstanding about the place décor wise or any other wise. I didn’t get any fancy spa pedicure, just your simple, basic pedicure. The girl that I had was extremely quite and we had very little communication. The pedicure itself was o.k., nothing to rave about. But the girl giving me the pedi in trimming the cuticles, actually ended up cutting me on the sides and top of a few of my toes. No blood, just cuts and now sore. That’s didn’t sit too well with me. She also polished my nails; didn’t need a manicure just polish. That turned out fine. When I sat at the dryers to dry my fingernails and toes, I think she forgot about me, cause when I went to leave, I had to remove the, what looks like some type of paper napkin to me, from between my toes. The prices are reasonable. I paid $ 20 for the pedi and polish. Not thrilled with the girl who did the pedi. Maybe she was having an off day, who knows. I won’t be going there again. Will continue looking till I find a place that I really like. I gave it 2 stars because the price was right, the woman that greeted me was extremely nice and cause they took me right away. Other than, that I would have only given it 1 star.

does this place use to also have a location in Clearview? Looking for one of the gentleman who use to be at the Clearview location. He was great at pedis and massage was awesome.

A very clean place with nice people. For $ 20 for a manicure and pedicure, can’t beat that. Found them from looking on Unilocal and reading reviews.

Good prices, reasonable wait time. Love the way they shape nails here. Gel manicure is awesome! Liz is the best!

I have been coming here for years. They are friendly, professional, and remember you when you return. French mani/​pedis are always done beautifully, and they even paint the cut edge of the nail. (It’s a big pet peeve of mine when the white line isn’t painted all the way over the cut edge.) Regular mani/​pedi combo is $ 19.99 Monday-​Saturday. If you need to wear heels that night and don’t want to smudge your toes, try the gel pedicure for $ 40. It is magic and won’t smudge/​come off until you soak your nails for 5 mins in polish remover! I highly recommend it! (Just so you know, they use UV light to set the gel.)
All of the employees are nice but my favorite for a regular mani/​pedi is the older woman, Suzie. She is amazing with her technique and her massage skills are the best, IMO. I think she spends the most time exfoliating and massaging, too! For gel mani/​pedi, I’d recommend one of the younger employees.
