I love these guys! They’re very knowledgable about computers and will go the extra mile to teach you or answer your questions. I literally spent an hour there last time while Han I think or the other guy with glasses (both very friendly and accommodating) helped explain how to take apart my iMac! They installed SSDs in my iMac and macbook and also repaired my logic board and lcd cable on my other iMacs. ALSO THEY WILL DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM FOR FREE SO DONT WASTE MONEY AT BEST BUY OR MICROCENTER. These guys also have a branch in queens which is highly successful and i think they just opened this long island location a year or 2 ago. Anyway thanks guys for helping me out and answering my stupid questions lol

Han and Kwan are always willing to help me in a pinch. I bring my laptop over there often as well as have them come over and fix my computer issues. The customer service is great and the service itself is awesome. Prices are reasonable

My laptop had malware and viruses on it, which prevented me from doing pretty much anything, because I kept getting pop-​ups. I brought mylaptop in for service, and it was completed in less than 24 hours, and I am not having these problems any more.

Quite a few things I like about this place: the location is really convenient with plenty of parking available right outside, the place is big and new, it is open 7 days a week and the folks work there are really nice. My laptop was badly damaged and according to them, it needed a new cover. I was told that I should buy one from Amazon. I like their honesty. If I went to other places, they would probably charge me a lot more for a new cover. Overall, a pretty good experience.
