Worst McDonald’s ever! The frys are always over cooked and very hard, buns are hard as well. With the quality of food they are selling I would not be surprised if they have an outbreak of food poisoning

10 minutes in the drive through to get my food. Then my egg mcmuffin was burnt to a crisp… sad… so much for all day breakfast.

The drive-​thru isn’t always open @ 5:15a, M-​TH, even when they are scheduled to be open @ 4:30a. A waste of the customers time to stop here for breakfast on the way to work. When they are open, it seems to take forever to get my breakfast order and employees aren’t happy to be there. The employees always appear to hate their job and are very cranky. Skip this location and continue on to the McDonald’s @ Grand River Ave and Wixom Rd intersection.

Never any ice cream products.
Cannot understand the person attempting to speak in the drive-​thru.
Frustrating.
I’ve gone to this location while my car is in the shop next door. The coffee is fine.
Every single time I have gone through the drive-​thru for any type of ice cream on the menu, they always say «it’s broken». In the past year, I’ve tried 8 or 9 times. I find that very strange and almost comical at this point.
The location is great, but the employees need to enunciate and speak clearly and don’t advertise items that you don’t offer. This is inconsistent with other locations.
If you’re in the area, the Leo’s Cony is super great. It’s in the strip mall along Milford Rd adjacent to Walmart. There is a decent Arby’s too.

I used to love this McDonald’s, now I do everything in my power to avoid it. It has to be the rudest, most inaccurate fast food place I’ve ever entered. Plan on pulling ahead and waiting an extra 5 minutes if you use the drive thru, they almost never have your food waiting at the window. When I got angry about it once because I was asked to pull up to the rail to wait for a coffee I was patronized by the employee who brought it out to me. Seriously, how does it take 5 minutes to make a cup of coffee? Check your bags because they seem to forget at least one item every time and don’t order anything special because it will come out to you as if you never ordered it that way. My advice is DON’T EAT HERE.

Holy crappy service Batman! This McDonald’s was SO slow! We were here for over 10 minutes before we got our food and there was only one person ahead of us. On top of that as we’re eating we can hear the manager cussing at the rest of the crew. This was by far the most unprofessional McDonald’s I have ever been to. I had better service in the ghetto of Houston.
