Tastings and Tours

I went on another tour with Tastings & Tours, except this time in the Lehigh Valley. In the Lehigh Valley, Rich was our driver and he didn’t disappoint. He was knowledgable and could provide excellent insights into all of the wineries that we visited on the tour. He was so knowledgeable, you would think he worked at the wineries we visited.
The tours typically include 3 wineries and a local restaurant. This trip, we stopped at Clover Hill, Vynecrest, and Weathered Vineyards. You can read my reviews on the respective wineries from many of my previous trips through the Lehigh Valley Wine Trail. As part of the Tastings & Tours bus, many of the wineries provide VIP tastings and give you personal interactions to ask about wines, tasting tips, and behind-​the-​scenes glimpses to the winemaking process.
The price for the experience is reasonable at $ 120 per person, which includes transportation, tastings at the wineries, and lunch on the tour. A cash gratuity is recommended on their website between 15−20%.
It’s fantastic to have a service like this in the Lehigh Valley. Both tours I’ve been on in both Bucks County and the Lehigh Valley were excellent. The transportation is comfortable, the driver was knowledgable and insightful, and the wineries provide a wonderful experience.

Amazing experience! Went on a tasting tour for my friends bachelorette party. We went to three wineries and a stop for lunch after the first. Each winery was amazing. The lunch was amazing. Rich was a great guide, had a great personality and was very helpful. The whole day was seriously perfectly planned and very well done. Would definitely recommend to anyone. We WILL be back for for more! Thank you!

I planned my sister’s bachelorette party with Tastings and Tours for this past weekend. What an incredible and easy experience! Planning the tour with Linda via email was super easy and it was great that every person could log on individually and pay their own way, so I didn’t have to worry about collecting or fronting money for anyone.
At each winery we stopped at, we were greeted and treated like royalty. They had everything set up for us and we had SO many tastings at each place — way more than I am used to getting in Temecula, Napa, or Solvang.
Our driver Rick was great and really helpful throughout the tour. We had a little delay with our bus due to some issues with the doors, but Rick and Linda more than made up for it by providing us with a couple bottles of wine to enjoy with our scheduled lunch. They really know customer service! I would absolutely use them again and I really am looking forward to scheduling a Cape May tour with them one day.

what a great time we were a large group on a 40^th birthday trip our driver was bob he was great the whole day went without a hitch from the wineries to lunch everything was perfect thanks guys it was awesome can’t wait to come back

My gf’s booked a tour for my bachelorette party and it was so much fun. Tom, our driver/​tour guide/​photographer made the day great! He was friendly, funny, and made the day very enjoyable! We already want to go on another tour with this company. It was great to go to 3 wineries, get our own personal tour and tastings, and then lunch at a yummy restaurant. They even take pictures throughout the day and send to you so that we could enjoy the experience. Another great plus is that they are very accomodating and picked us up in their bus. EXCELLENT, we all loved it!

Tastings and Tours is great for any occasion or just because. We booked a tour for a bachelorette party and had a great time!!! The cost is well worth the price and all you have to do is pick a date, show up, and have fun! The tour includes wine tastings/​pairings at three local Bucks County wineries, lunch, and transportation. Linda, the owner, takes care of all the planning and coordinating and has been excellent with email correspondence. Tom, our tour guide, was the best! He made sure we got great group photos and made sure we were all comfortable. I highly recommend this tour! Thanks Tastings and Tours for a great time!

I’ve done two tours now with Tastings and Tours. The first was with all couples last year and the most recent was my bachelorette with a group of girlfriends. Each time was an absolute blast. The wineries are great and each one is unique and special in their own way. Even those in our group who aren’t adventurous when it comes to wine had an awesome time. Glen is the best and we will definitely be requesting him again for next year’s tour! Tastings and Tours takes the stress and worry of planning and imbibing :)

2^nd time doing this tour with 2 different groups of friends. The first time was Memorial Day weekend, this time was mid-​October. Both times were enjoyable and great value for the price! Transportation, lunch & 3 wineries were included. The wineries were charming with apps or chocolate. Also, a great contrast of small, family-​owned vineyards to a larger, more corporate one, similar to something you’d find in Napa. Lunch was yummy and the drivers are so friendly & helpful! The bus has baskets for you to store your purchased wines. All in all, a great 5 hour tour!

A wonderful day out and so much closer than Napa or Finger lakes.
Relaxed atmosphere and Linda takes oyu to the best spot so you don’t have to organize anything — bliss!

Tastings and Tours was an excellent time! The entire experience was phenomenal! From booking, planning and touring-​the entire experience was amazing! Linda was accommodating, knowledgable, helpful and so very fun! I was beyond thrilled to receive not only exceptional service but a fabulous wine tour! Not only will I book again, but I am telling everyone I know!

It was time to celebrate a birthday in our group and we had some ideas; however, our first issue was transportation. Tastings and Tours has a well rounded program. We were able to take the train from Center City to Doylestown. At Doylestown, their driver — Linda (actually the founder) was there to greet us.
Leading up to the planning of this event, we worked with Linda and had a very good experience. She knew the area, suggested eateries and talked about the country side. All this just added what I call «free extras» to the already low price. Plus there are shopping baskets, bottles of water, and storage cases for new wine while on your journey. This is a well thought out operation.
We had a group of 5. Our biggest concern is who we would sit with on the bus; however, after the first stop everyone was loosened up (the first stop allows you to pour or own samples!) and the conversations just started rolling out. We had a great time and thanks to Linda for making it work out.

If you like wine, this experience is for you!
Linda and her husband Glenn are the most gracious hosts as they cart their clients around to carefully chosen wineries and lunch. Clients are given lessons on wine making, tasting, and pairings often from the winemakers themselves! You get behind-​the-​scenes tours, and sometimes even tastes when you are part of a Tours and Tastings tour.
We had a truly fun, entertaining, and educational experience. We hope to tour again and again!
