The staff is very helpful and generally happy to see you and lend a hand. Sometimes they seem slightly short staffed but I’ve never had a problem when I needed help and they tend to have everything I go in for. I was surprised at the wide variety of inventory.

Called this morning, phone was picked up after three rings and a helpful person found the answer to my question within 2 minutes, which was about getting documents shredded by the pound. We have visited the store many many times and have always been able to get assistance within a reasonable amount of time. This is normal for a business that needs to answer customer questions about equipment & software etc.
