I’ve been going to see Jen for a few years now, she is hands down the best massage therapist I’ve been to. She is always approachable and friendly. Every session she asks after my health, and tailors each session to focus on problem areas. I am always so relaxed after each session, and sometimes I even fall asleep! Definitely book an appointment with Jen at the Wellness Haven today!

This is a great place for acupuncture treatment. Candace is extremely knowledgable and competent. I have gone for many reasons and always left feeling better. I even think she cured me of the common cold! If you are looking for acupuncture treatment this the place to go :-)

My daughter and I have been seeing Candice for about a month. She is very thorough in her review of medical history and analysis of our medical issues, and she has a friendly and reassuring style that takes all the anxiety out of getting acupuncture. Candice is also a great communicator — she explains what she’s doing, how it will feel, and what kind of results we should get. She is also very up front about things that acupuncture is more effective or less effective at treating.
So far our results have been very good, and we’re confident that she’ll continue to make a big difference for us. She’s also very reasonably priced (sliding scale) and that helps as well. I would definitely recommend Candice and The Wellness Haven.
