I’ve lived here three years, and I’m only moving out because I’m moving back to California. The service staff are professional and competent, and respond to your needs promptly and effectively. It’s very clear that they know what they’re doing. They were also okay with me painting the white walls in my living room when I moved in.
My only minor complaint is that the hot water in the mornings can get lackluster when everyone is taking their morning showers. That and FedEx won’t leave their packages with the front desk.
