I was in need of a company to help discard of 55 years of junk specifically in the garage and basement. Junkluggers fit the bill. 2 guys came to give me an estimate and the next morning a third guy assisted the other 2 and filled a full trunk load in just 90 minutes. They were very courteous and efficient. I will definitely recommend them to my family and friends. I only wish the truck was bigger because I still have more to go. So I will be calling them again to finish the job. Thanks so much for helping me out. Just a suggestion for potential customers: it does help to organize exactly what you want them to take away and have it in a central location if possible.

Great people, work well with customers. The guys who came were friendly, careful and thorough.
There was a lot to go through and they were good at making sure that I knew what was inside boxes in case there was something I wanted to keep (usually there wasn’t).
So nice to get rid of all of that stuff!!! What a relief!

We recently hired Junkluggers (for the second time) to remove stuff and they were great. Good attitude, quick and efficient. Will call them again when we need stuff removed.

I contacted Junkluggers last month because we had a number of items that had been taking up space in our garage and basement for years. Most of the items were things that were either too big or heavy to move ourselves (old siding, floor tiles, etc.), difficult to discard (old tires still on the rims), electronics (old TVs, printers, etc.), and just miscellaneous junk.
From the Junkluggers website, I was able to make an approximate estimate of what the cost would be to have them remove everything. I made an appointment online and selected from a wide range of convenient available days and time windows. Before the appointment, a representative from Junkluggers called to review my appointment and discuss costs including items that would cost extra.
On the day of the appointment, the pickup guys called 30 minutes before they arrived and they showed up within the scheduled appointment window. They took inventory of everything I needed removed including a few additional items I decided to get rid of since I made my appointment. They gave me an estimate, which was in the ballpark of what I expected it to be.
They did all the moving and were quick, efficient, and courteous. The entire job cost me a few hundred dollars, which was well worth it. I tipped the two workers each $ 20 for their hard work, which was well-​deserved.
In the end, I wish I had hired Junkluggers sooner. I will certainly call them the next time I have a lot of junk, or even just one difficult item, to remove or discard.

Very easy to schedule, good communications, knew what I was getting into, called before arriving, came when scheduled and performed job in a timely manner. The guys who showed up were very polite, took great care in making sure the removal took place without banging into anything and were in and out in no time at all. Great job! Also liked that someone may benefit from the furniture that I no longer needed.

These guys are the best for removal of any junk you may have. They are courteous and friendly and they go out of their way to please their customers. They were on time both times that we had them remove our junk. Great business.
