I highly recommend The Frame Shop/​DaSilva Gallery (Westville Galley).
They do a beautiful job, don’t rush or pressure you into making expensive decisions.
The prices are completely reasonable. I thought it’d be more expensive going to a frame shop than the big box craft store (michaels, jo-​annes), but thankfully I was wrong!

I have a number of fine prints from the 18th and 19th and 20th centuries, and do all my framing here. I can highly recommend the Frame Shop. The store has a wide variety of frames, from maple to metal, from simple to elaborate. They are willing to work with you to sample different frame styles to help you locate the one that best sets off the work — and that’s crucial because frames can dramatically affect how a work of art looks. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful (never rushing you), and the workmanship is very good. And, lastly, the prices are reasonable.
