Worse than the Brewster Projects.
While I can’t speak from the perspective of a resident, I can speak as a contractor that has done work at Brewster and Riverbrook. While doing work in the projects may not be very pleasant I have never had threats of violence made against me or my coworkers. The same cannot be said of Riverbrook. On May 28th 2015 a man brandishing a firearm threatened both myself and a coworker. HomeFirst management has declined to do anything.
If you’re looking for a safe and friendly neighborhood for your family, look elsewhere.
If you’re looking for a place where you can act like a raging lunatic without repercussion, then Riverbrook is the place for you!
