KIKO MILANO

Not wanting to drive to Stamford to replace some stolen make-​up, I took a chance on Kiko Milano, which I had noticed while at the Apple store a few weeks ago. The setting is stunning and the displays are abundant. Both Jacqueline and Paris were very welcoming and Paris helped me put together powder, blush, eye shadow, liner, face cream, and appropriate brushes for a fraction of the cost out of town. This certainly is a bonus for the student population and very appreciated by this lady of a certain age from the suburbs.

My friend and I stop in here all the time, especially now that it’s super hot out. The women working there are friendly without being too pushy and making it uncomfortable. Kiko is also really good quality for the price! The store is well lit and well stocked.

This place is amazing. At first, I was worried about the quality because the prices were too good to be true, but the quality is just as amazing as the prices. I prefer this place a thousand times over Sephora. I usually buy designer makeup (willing to spend for the quality) but Kiko has a loyal customer in me. Incredible products, incredible price. Huge fan of the lipsticks and nail polish and plan to go back for the eyeliner and mascara as well!

Chelsea is fantastic and the products are wonderful! Can’t wait to go back. I was an easy sell but when Chelsea started explaining about the history and product, I was even more interested.

As a somewhat objective observer (watch my wife and daughters), this place is head and shoulders above the competition, ESPECIALLY the service!

I love MAC and found this line to be a trendy, more affordable alternative. Cherie helped me and I learned a few new makeup tricks… the entire experience is very pleasant… saved a few items to pick up for the next visit and can’t wait to go back.

Mac layout with drug store prices. Finally students in the area, without access to a car, have the ability to buy cosmetics. The choices are broad and affordable. The staff is friendly without seeming overbearing. I went in to find a purple and an orange lipstick. I was helped promptly and given a variety of choices. From what I’ve learned, this store is quite popular in Europe, and this is one of the first locations in the US. Glad to know they have come here.

excellent products, but subpar support. I rarely write reviews but this is an exception because I just want to tell others of my experience.
I purchased 4 items here and was in a rush to catch the bus so I left in a hurry after completing my purchase. when I got home, I realized one of the products I bought was not in a bag, so I thought that the person who checked me out forgot to put it in there. I also saw that the receipt I had was not a normal receipt because it didn’t show the products I purchased. I went to the store the next day wanting to return something but the same person who checked me out said that I couldn’t return it because I didn’t have the right receipt BECAUSE SHE CLEARLY DIDNT GIVE IT TO ME. I am pretty sure that I didn’t just «lose» the receipt. she also said that I probably lost the product that was missing, even though I’m pretty sure I didn’t. good thing that products here are on the cheap side so I pretty much spent $ 20 on 2 products instead of 4 (because I wanted to return one product and the other wasn’t even in my bag and they couldn’t look up whether or not I actually paid for it and didn’t give me a replacement). bad store policies, but meh. I probably won’t be coming here again since I don’t even live here (just stopping by for break) despite their great selection of makeup of decent quality. again, this is just my experience and I would actually recommend going in and trying it out since there are other good reviews.

I went to Kiko Milano on 12÷14÷14 with no make up on to try out the products. The manager, Jackie, picked out the products and good colors for my skin tone, explained how to use each one and gave out some good tips. She spent almost an hour with me and was great! I ended up buying a ton of products for a very reasonable price. I used them today and looked great! I highly recommend both the product and the great sales people. I will come back!

I’m already hooked. I can get my fix of the latest shades of lipstick and blush without spending an arm and a leg. Knowledgeable staff and friendly atmosphere. Jackie is a real gem.
Did a 5 minute makeover, went to work and received raving compliments. $ 5 nail polish. Gorgeous packaging and affordable. Just purchased my first primer product that works. I’ll definitely go back soon!
