Horrible. I sent some passport to be print here and already paid for it. When I went to pick it up as indicated on the receipt, the employee said my printout/​picures were not there. Okay. That was important and urgent. Talking about liability.
Even more pathetic is the fact that I couldn’t get a refund. The dumb employee wanted me to come back later for that refund.
What kind of business practice is this???

I’m not usually the kind of guy to review chain businesses but I had such a good experience with this particular location of FedEx Office that I figured I’d show them some love on Unilocal.
A few days ago I was in a hurry on the way to an interview and needed to print my resume. I know, I shouldn’t have waited until the morning before. But I did.
The staff here was very friendly and helped me get in and out in just a few minutes.
