I was in town visiting family and we were hoping to have a mini spa day with my mom and sister. We ended up stopping at this place as they were celebrating their 1 year anniversary! Very cute place and not what I expected for New Haven. They offer a wide range of services and everyone was very friendly, except maybe the lady at the front desk. She didn’t seem very excited or happy to be there. There prices are very reasonable too. I was able to sample a mini chair massage and have a gel polish (which is still looking great!) done. My sister had her eyebrows waxed too. Nothing to complain about here. I’d make it my normal place if I lived in Fort Wayne or New haven.

I received a Brazilian here about a month ago and my experience was amazing. The person waxing me, I’m pretty sure she’s the owner too? Was really nice and friendly. Nowhere else in the area uses hard wax which feels SO MUCH BETTER that honey wax as far as Brazilians are concerned. The only thing is the wax was a little to warm for my liking on my delicate areas. I guess I should’ve said something but I’m soft spoken :(haha. Definitely coming back here for my waxes every month. Everyone else should too!

The staff is awesome! Very professional. I had a microdermabrasion and a hair and a French wax. I didn’t feel uncomfortable in the least. I almost forgot to mention I also had a massage. I felt so good by time I was done there I just went straight home and slept like a baby. That is saying something because I have a lot of trouble sleeping.
