Awesome service, friendly professionals, and a great value! The staff take very good care of my clothes, have washed and pressed shirts and dry cleaned pants, suits, and wool pants for me. Always ready on time and well priced. Go here!

Dropped a pair of nice wool dress pants off for dry cleaning. They came back 5 sizes too small and would not compensate me for ruining expensive clothes. Also sent a white sateen duvet cover in for the wash and fold service and it came back with a big dark oil or tar stain on it and it was completely wrinkled. I will never be returning to this awful place!

This review is for the dry cleaning. It is horrible. I gave them both of my suits (among other things) to clean the Friday before labor day, and explicitly asked if they would be ready on Tuesday. She said yes and wrote it on the ticket.
Come Tuesday, they were not ready, and told me that it would have been impossible to get the clothes cleaned by Tuesday, as the laundry was only picked up that morning. The woman and man argue amongst themselves a bit. I need the clothes for a Wednesday morning meeting, so I ask to just get them back cleaned or uncleaned, but after promising twice to fix the situation (and having them call me twice Tuesday and Wednesday morning), they cannot retrieve the clothes. A person who works for the dry cleaning company they outsource to (Jet Dry, maybe?) calls and apologizes, and throws the people at Bubble and Squeak under the bus, saying they are dysfunctional and disorganized.
Just a weird, very dysfunctional situation, and despite trying to fix the problem and failing twice, they ask me to pay full price for my clothes, only take cash (despite not posting that anywhere in the store), and their ATM doesn’t take my card. I feel bad because they seemed nice, but I wasted too much time and money not to comment.

Went here for the first time today, nice atmosphere, good machines, not too expensive either. Had a full hamper and washed it for $ 6.25 all told – $ 4.50 for the wash, and $ 0.50 per 15 minutes in the dryer. The staff seemed friendly, but I didn’t need their help because the fellow patrons were just as friendly and helpful.
I’ll be returning.

This place is better than the other location in New Haven if you drop off your laundry, because my clothes have not come back with new stains like at the other location, but it’s still not great. I recommend doing laundry on your own here or giving them things that just need to be refreshed, not cleaned well.
