Customer service is awful at this place! While I want to support businesses that manufacture things in the US, I refuse to deal with rude employees who work here.

Today was my first experience with this establishment. I have to admit, I was a bit leary of them but my fears were put to rest when I was assisted by Marisa the sales associate who was professional, courteous, personable and very accommodating (sp?)!! I needed something for my teenage daughter and the experience far exceeded my expectations!
As far as the pricing… they make the items in USA. We are going to spend a bit more. That means that the jobs stay here. So we shouldn’t complain about the cost. We can’t have it both ways!
