Inspectors were great, friendly, and very knowledgable. Was to receive follow up afterwards from office to pay bill and order a part needed after they researched it. Unfortunately I heard nothing from the office and the next correspondence I receive is a bill with late fees for invoice. Really dropped ball on follow up and correspondence.

They kept my Regency gas stove insert running even though it is over 20 years old!
We have an old wooden cottage in central PA. The fireplace insert is in a huge stone fireplace and it puts out enough hot air to keep the whole place toasty.
The old gas fireplace stove had been running sporadically. Mike came out to do a regular cleaning/​service/​safety check. He took the whole stove apart, cleaned all the parts and put em back together. This took over 2 hours and was included in the basic annual service charge. He even vacuumed the exterior of the fireplace, stove and hearth — that really please my wife.
The company is straightforward and Mike has to be the best chiminey sweep ever. Thanks for taking the time to do a thorough job.
TIP: They work Saturdays!
