I went to Dr. Gaines since I saw another Dr in that office who I trusted and used before and he recommended him. Dr. Gaines sounded professional and explained things to me but he did not handle my case appropriately and sent me for PT before my injury healed. He finally recommended surgery and abandoned me and the surgery at the hospital because a nurse didn’t like my transportation. He is a phony when he acts like he cares. I will NEVER go back to that office and I went to the best Dr after him. I should not have settled for less than the best because he was convenient.

I found the experience to be entirely professional yet personable. Dr. Gaines took the time to explain things to me. The staff was excellent especially Tara and Susan behind the front desk. The office manager named Jackie was extremely helpful. The ease of scheduling was wonderful.

Dr. Gaines is an excellent doctor. I went to him for lower back pain and his treatment plan was very thorough and detailed. He had a wonderful bedside manner and was very professional. I was very pleased with the extra time that he spent with me to go over all of my concerns– something that is very difficult to find in the medical field today. I would highly recommend Dr. Gaines for any orthopedic issues you may have!

After hurting my knee while on vacation, Dr. Gaines came highly recommended by a family friend. He made accommodations to his schedule in order to see me immediately. After a thorough examination and discussion, Dr. Gaines was confident in his diagnosis yet sent me for a precautionary MRI. A treatment plan of PT was implemented instead of surgery and that was very effective. Dr. Gaines is very easy to talk to and has a very friendly and personable demeanor. He and his staff were more than willing to go out of their way to accommodate me. Should another injury occur, I will definitely go back to Dr. Gaines.
