Stay away from this place. Horrible customer service coupled with limited selection makes this place a must-​not-​go-​to furniture store. When we went to the store, most of the pieces we liked were not in stock and would have had to be ordered. We settled for something in stock and took their «incredible» delivery service for 70 dollars. When I asked if they would setup the furniture the way I told them to, the answer was a prompt yes. Imagine my surprise when I came to know that delivery and «placing the furniture where you want» actually means to plunk down the heavy furniture in the room you tell them to and not even take it out of the huge boxes and wooden frames that are used to pack them. There are nails that are there on the wooden frames used for packing and it’s very risky handling those. When I called in to ask why they did not tell me that they would not even place the furniture properly the curt reply was «Next time ask more questions». Yeah right, as if I am going in that place a next time. You will get the same or better collection and price at any furniture that sells Ashley stuff and a better customer service as well. Avoid this place if you can.
