If there was a 3.5, I think that is what I would give.
+ The price was great, the guys worked hard and efficiently, cleaned everything up and fixed any mistake they made. They were respectful to me and my property. Cleaned up any loose debris that fell on neighbor’s yard.
— The price was probably to low for the job, it was estimated to be a two day job and almost was a three day job. With they, they did not do everything they originally said they would do (split and get ride of all of the rounds). Instead I did a majority of the splitting and getting rid of the wood myself. Also, they left one of my stumps really high, were suppose to come back to shorten it (so it can be ground) and never did.
I want to give them five stars, but I really can’t.

A+++++ These guys are great! I had paid twice as much when I use a different arborist last Summer. If you know what to expect, you’ll save a lot of money and be very happy with the work.
The crew really care and it shows in the service they provide — from estimate all the way through cleanup. They always answer the phone and show up when they say they will, which is better than almost every other yard/tree service I’ve used.
They did everything I asked for and cleaned up everything! I won’t hesitate to recommend The Olive Branch Mission Tree Service and will definitely be using them again.

We are very happy with Ezra (who quoted us as well as came on site) and the crew who came out to take down a sick douglas fir tree, 2 small trees and clean up some of the dying branches on 7 other trees. The trees were between our house and garage so a small area to work in to take down a tree and limbs. They understood our wish not to clear anymore than needed. (some companies really tried to scare me into cutting them all down)
They were priced below other companies quoting us so I was a little nervous because they weren’t a big name company but they were all great. So after seeing they were bonded and insured gave them the job. They were friendly and very aware of our small kids who were watching with us. They were all very hard workers and safe. They cleaned up and were done in a day.
We look forward to trying their other services as well.
