Sheetz

Very beautiful store, got to talk to some of the employees and they are all experienced employees of the company from other stores. I understand that the store is literally brand new but waiting 40 minutes for a burrito is kind of ridiculous. Hopefully with time things will run more smoothly in the store. Several people were standing around for a long time waiting for their food. After listening to the employees argue, other customers complain about the wait, and receiving semi warm food, I think I may have to wait a while to go here again. I’ve never experienced this at the other Sheetz in New Castle or even anywhere else like GetGo or Tic Toc but it’s probably just because this store is so new and everyone is still figuring everything out in a new building and whole new setup. So I won’t give it a bad rating but I can’t give this place a 4 or 5 star… yet.
