I was less than impressed. My appointment took way longer than it should have in my opinion and had me bouncing back and fourth between the waiting room, the initial exam room, and then the full exam room with the actual doctor. Selection of glasses was pathetic, and the doctor seemed like she had 3 patients going at once(albeit she was very nice, but very rushed) I went in for contacts but no one asked and no one bothered to tell me there is a 90 – 150 dollar«contact fitting» that insurance doesn’t cover, I’ve been through contact fittings before FORMUCHLESS and I’ve been wearing the exact same contacts for the last 10 years, I am NOT throwing my money down the drain for the doctor to look through their little microscope and tell me they fit fine. So now I have to take the extra step and order through 1800-contacts and get reimbursed because they aren’t in-netweork for bcbs. Overall was disappointed in glasses selection and the shake down for a bogus fitting.
