This deli changed hands a couple of years ago and I was a little hesitant that the subs would be as big and good as they were previously. Well, They are. These subs are huge and delicious. The staff is slower than the previous staff so you may want to call ahead. But worth it.

Small local deli that you might otherwise miss, but don’t pass it up! I’ve only ever had the Godfather sandwich (based on other reviewer’s rec), but it is amazing. Sandwiches are huge (a small is easily enough for two people or two meals if cut in half — go for the mini if you have a smaller appetite), and stuffed with meat. Because they’re so big, they’re a bit pricier too. A small Godfather will cost you $ 13.

I was sad to learn a few months ago that they closed and yesterday my Dad calls me and tells me they’re BACK OPEN and under new management. HOORAY!!! The BEST subs and cheesesteaks EVER! Whenever my parents come to see me in DC, I have them bring me subs. I can’t wait to have another italian sub.

Best Italian subs in Delaware! They are packed with so much meat you will have another meal later with these subs! The steak sandwiches are not packed like the subs but are still very tasty. I work very close to Dom’s and when we do a lunch run, the guys love their potato salad but it sells out quick! Their turkey subs are good too but nothing comes close to their Italian subs!!!
