Buffalo Wild Wings

We used to make this a regular place to go and don’t get me wrong, when you don’t piss off the staff, they’re okay.
The most recent time we went the waitress Katie sold a minor I was with alcohol. Once reported, her manager took the drink away, but Katie made sure the rest of our dine in experience was hell. Quite literally. She spiked the food with something that made the person I was with quite ill for the night. About an hour later I called back and the manager, which is a sad excuse of a manager, didn’t do anything.
Needless to say I reported it to corporate. We were informed some action was taken and the waitress would lose her job. Well guess who still works there serving alcoholic drinks to minors and spiking food if you report her?
Never will I ever return back to this poor excuse of a B Dubs.

I’ve never had any issues here. Their staff is always nice and friendly. And the food is great.

It was actually very good. I tried the buffalo chicken wrap and wings and fries and tortilla soup. Better than other bdubs I’ve had elsewhere.

This place has really got it together now!
Great service and the food is excellent! Exactly what a Wings restaurant is all about. Friendly staff too care of our table all evening. Will be back soon!

I have no reason to knock this place. Food was decent, tvs were everywhere and they had my Giants game. Service was very attentive, fair prices. I’d go back.

They tell you something different every time you come. Whatever you want isn’t available on the day you’re there. Its always available some other day.

Been here a few times for dine in and carry out, never had a good experience.
The service is always horribly slow and the staff are rude if they bother to even help you out.
The food always takes forever to come out even when it’s not busy at all, it’s typically cold when It finally does arrive and don’t even think they’ll get your to-​go order right if you place one, because they won’t.
Why hasn’t this place gone out of business yet?

Let me tell you about this Buffalo Wild Wings. Please.
The first time I ate at this place, The service was slow and the staff wasn’t knowledgeable about what they had on tap, and didn’t seem interested about gaining anymore knowledge about the adult beverages in house. I also got not one refill on my my first visit.
My second visit was IDENTICAL to the first. Seriously.
Finally, we went to this place last night because it was the only thing on the way home, and we didn’t want fast food. My friend and I walked in to a veritable ghost town. There were literally 6 other human beings in the restaurant. No one said hello to us on the way in. We asked «can we just sit at the bar» to the first lady we saw, and she shrugged at us. So we sauntered in to the bar and sat down. No one greeted us. No one came over to see if we wanted something to drink. I moseyed over to the actual physical bar to see what was on tap, and no one asked me if I needed help, in spite of making eye contact with me. A waitress walked by with a tub of what appeared to be dirty dish water, and said no a word to us. Another woman got into a cabinet to get some cups, walked past us and never acknowledged our existence. Finally, a man walked out of the kitchen, had to get sideways to go by us, and never spoke a word to us or looked our way.
After minutes or so of no one coming over to help us, or looking at us, or trying to get us any kind of service, we got up, put on our coats and walked out without ANYONE speaking a word to us. I felt like I was Bruce Willis in the 6^th sense… but Haley Joel Osmond wasn’t around to help us out.
I get it BW3s. You don’t want us there. Mission accomplished. I won’t EVER be back.

The past couple of times that I have ate there have it has been nothing but a disappointment. The past two times, I ordered a Smirnoff Ice to drink only for them to come back and offer me Mike’s Hard Lemonade because they do not have it in stock. If their never going to have it in stock, then they should take it off the menu. I ordered Honey Boneless BBQ wings and when I got them there was hardly any sauce on them!
Don’t let the parking lot fool you. There really isn’t that many customers in there at times. We had to wait a few minutes before anyone realized that we were waiting to be seated (only 2 of us). During the duration of our meal, we got checked on maybe once. I never got a refill. All the way around it was unfriendly and a bad experience. We will no longer be going to this location.
