Wonderful store, very helpful service. It is great to have a local place for everyday needs, as one easily gets lost in the big chain stores where staff don’t know their products. If you want to go somewhere where you get what you need, and don’t want to spend 30 mins just looking for things, this store is the place to go. Also, they are very competitively priced.

My review is NOT based on the Weed & Duryea Hardware store, which I find to be a decent, convenient resource. It pertains to their HOME SERVICES division which I used to clean and restore my cedar wood roof.
They were at first very nice and repsonsive. After the fact, I discovered they did not use the proper treatment or restorative process, In the end I got poor workmanship that did not last the test of time. To make matters worse, they had zero interest in rectifying their poor job. Stay away from these guys!
