If you are under 18 this is a great place. Fried food world. If an adult you will need medication. Restaurant caters to the local students appetites and this is their target. As long as the kids are happy so are the parents. Unfortunately seeing the posted stars being so high is concerning as this food quality rivals McDonald’s, which undermines the integrity of Unilocal

Stopped here a number of times after work. The chicken nuggets are the best thing I’ve tried. The fried chicken on the other hand, borders on being dry, the batter on the chicken lacked any taste. They also have wraps and other types of sandwiches.
Forget the french fries, go with the «CONES», mashed potatoes cover in a fried skin kind of like a square knish. But not as thick an outer layer.
All in all it’s another take out place that should be better than it is!

These guys are great. I have both used Chicken Joes to cater a party and have been to parties catered by them. Either way, great EVERY TIME!!! Then sandwiches are delicious and proportioned perfectly. Any other catering dish has been fantastic and sometimes creative.
Very easy to work with them and will use them again and again.

This was highly recommended by people who work near here and now I know why. I had the rib wrap and Mac and cheese bites. The rib wrap was really good. Only $ 7.00 and it fills you up good. My friend ordered a side of fried brownies and they were just totally addicting.

Cheap and tasty.
I got the baby special, which honestly was more than enough food, and I consider myself to be a piggy. (Ha.)
The nuggets were amazing… huge chunks of chicken. The fries were also really good. I thought the seasoning was a little too salty, but it was still pretty good, although I think next time I go I’ll have them leave it off just to see the merits of the food minus extra stuff.

I love that this spot in New Canaan is open until 8 on Saturdays, in case I need a fast food fix. I especially am a fan of how crisp the fries are fried.

If you want some comfort food for a reasonable price in New Canaan, Chicken Joes is a good option. They have chicken fingers, grilled chicken, french fries and even other sandwiches such as hot pastrami. Although sometimes it is crowded, the line moves quick.
For a well to do town with pricey restaurants to match, it is great to have this alternative for low-​key, affordable eats. It is ideal for stopping by with the kids after a little league game, football, etc. The kids will enjoy the food and you won‘t be broke !
