Friendly, accommodating, and reasonably priced. Environment felt new, clean, and modern. No complaints.

I had made an appointment on the Sat after V-day for my daughter and I at another spa in New Buffalo weeks prior.(Never again). That spa didn’t write my reservation in their books and called me and told me that they couldn’t accomodate us. I scrambled to put together something for my daughter and I to do as it was my gift to her to enjoy a day of spa services. In this bad situation, I discovered Revive Spa. They were pretty booked but were able to accommodate both of us for two facials. I hadn’t had a facial in years. It was absolutely wonderful! The owner did mine and another woman did my sister. The spa itself has recently been expanded. Its lovely. The owner was so friendly and made us feel so welcome. My daughter and I can’t wait to come back for massages and another facial. I will be back!!! Thank you!

I always go to revive for my massages when I’m in town. I’ve always been pleased with the quality of massage and friendly personnel.

Great place. We called the night before and they managed to accommodate us for a great spa experience. Peter was amazing and very professional. Definitely will come back.

I feel like I need to stand up for Revive Spa with some of these poor reviews… I had a great massage at Revive by Alma(Uma, Ulma?). It was a deep tissue massage and she kept the pressure consistent throughout and checked in with me to make sure everything was ok. She let me know that there were 15 minutes left and asked me what area I wanted her to concentrate on. Revive is a quick walk from the Harbor Grand. I look forward to visiting Revive again during my next visit to New Buffalo.

Lovely spa. It is in a limited space, but still makes an excellent impression. My daughter and I had manicures/pedicures here over the 4th of July. The location is spotless. Lee, who took care of us, was very professional and nice to chat with. One drawback is that there was only one person doing manicures/pedicures when we were there. The staff were very friendly. I definitely recommend.

Terrible customer service and really unwelcoming, which is a wound on New Buffalo — an awesome town. My friends and I made reservations a month in advance for 6 of us. Never once we we asked our names or who was getting what service. Naturally, when we arrived, the staff had no idea what was going on. We were treated like an inconvenience from the start. No one smiles, no one makes conversation… IT“S A SPA! It’s all about customer service, warmth, and friendliness. The one exception was Olivia. She was great and super nice. She should find a new place to work cause she’s too good for Revive. Oh also, when I went up to go pay, they had NO record of what I got. I could have told them just a polish change and I wouldn’t have had to pay for the mediocre, cold massage and the just-OK manicure. This is no way to run a service business.

I had a strange experience at this place. I tried to manage my expectations, knowing that this spa in a small beach town in Michigan would not compare to some of the fantastic spas in other more high brow areas… however…we made appointments for 4 massages and 4 mani/pedis for a small group of us in town to celebrate a birthday. The appointments were for mid to late afternoon on a Friday. First of all, the appointments began 20 minutes late, not a big deal for us at all but very unlike most spa’s I have visited. There was also much confusion surrounding our appointments and therefore which therapist was supposed to be in each room. The music played during the massage was loud and actually quite upbeat, not the calming, meditative type that usually puts me just to the edge of sleep. The absolute worst part though was that someone brought a baby in the spa(not sure if it was an employee, visiting friend or another customer but I am pretty sure we were the only customers since it’s a pretty small place) who cried non-stop for 20 minutes. try relaxing into an otherwise fantastic massage with loud music pumping in your ear and hearing a baby crying just outside your door. Admittedly, most of these issues could be easily addressed and corrected but they certainly contributed to my overall less than relaxing experience at this spa. I gave an extra star for my therapist who was surprisingly skilled with deep tissue massage therapy.
