Placed order around 10am this morning and called around 2:30pm to confirm delivery and they said order couldn’t be found BUT yet it was processed and charged out of my account. David said he would call me back and he didn’t. I had to return the call 15 mins later to get a status and he said it was delivered at 11:30am this morning. Unfortunately i had to call my girlfriend to confirm she did receive them and she didn’t which also ruined the surprise of her even receiving them now. I explained to her what happened and she had to call these people to see what was going on. They told her the flowers were on their way. When she received them I was very very disappointed in the quality of the arrangement. Nothing like the picture described. I even paid an extra $ 20 for the«best» option they had when ordering this bouquet and it looked like the $ 49 option and not the $ 69.99 option. Flowers didn’t look as full and some looked dead. Very disappointed in these people and they’re service. NEVEREVERORDERINGAGAINFROMHERE.

I live in California and needed to send a Sympathy arrangement to a funeral home in East Brunswick, New Jersey. I looked online for local florists there and I couldn’t believe the difference in pricing for the exact same arrangements. I’m on tight budget and Sunlight & David’s has the best prices, hands down, on flowers and delivery. They also don’t charge the ridiculous«Wire Fee» that others charge. My family members in NJ couldn’t get over how beautiful the flowers were. I highly recommended them!

Placed almost $ 200 orchid plant order for my family’s church for Easter online. I’m in Manhattan and used Unilocal to find this place. I’ve tried calling for 4 days straight during business hours to confirm that it went out as they don’t reply to my emails. Either both lines are busy or no one picks up.(I’m part of the floral industry and all customers have the right to ask about their order… it shouldn’t be a hassle for us –family owned especially.) Today I got through and the employee passed the buck to the owner who’s not there /nor could they check… an order that was processed is not in the system??? So if anyone cares, pls check your emails and let me know what was sent to Praise Presbyterian Church on 04÷03÷15, Order#17586 please. Thanks!!!

Bought one of their valentines day arrangements for delivery. They were very helpful and friendly, and despite being one of the busiest valentine’s days in years they delivered with plenty of time to spare including the card and chocolates I had bought somewhere else to include with the bouquet.
