Great place to save your shoes. I use them pretty much just to fix high heels when the heel tip falls off and you’re stuck walking on the exposed heel… Which makes it sound like you’re walking in tap shoes. Ladies you know what I mean!
I think he charges $ 9 per pair for that repair. Plus you’re shoes always get spruced up too. I think he might be cash only, since I never recall paying with a card. You pay in full upon drop off and get a receipt for pick up. Although the sign there says half deposit needed– he always takes the full payment.
Also, if it’s you’re first time there, the front of the store sells cheap jewelry and such so it could be easy to pass by. The cobbler has the back end of the store.
Been going here for over ten years and never had any problems.

Finding a shoe repair place is a challenge these days. The gentleman who does the shoe repair here does a great job. For $ 10 I’ve been able to prolong the life of my favorite pairs of shoes and boots. I’ve also brought my bags in to have an extra hole punched so I can wear the strap longer.
