Very disappointing. Waste of money. The lawn is full of crab grass and other weeds even after we used Lawn Doctor for 2 years now. When I called them to complain about the weeds, they sent someone over for an extra treatment, but 10 days later the crabgrass and the rest of the weeds are still as green as ever. I called them back, they made excuses that «crabgrass is horrible this year!» Duh! So why are we paying to «Professionals» if they can’t do their job, and their product doesn’t work anyway? I can do bad all by myself, you know?

We signed up for the Lawn Maintainer Care Program and stopped after the first service. The technician was in and out in less than two minutes. Not worth it. We called their office to inquire about the service they had just done and the lady in the office, Cindy, was completely rude. With so many other companies, I refuse to put up with companies that offer subpar customer service.

I have had their services for several years. Just cancelled them today. At the beginning of the season I sign up and go on the payment plan. Today I cancelled, because of the poor/​lack of service. First, I have cameras on my property. There previous applications seemed quick and hasty but, it saved me the time of doing them myself. (3 out of 5 star service). Last week they came and they good not service due to grass height. I cut the grass and called them back. With only 3 inches of grass, they again left a note that they could not service due to grass height. I guess the day was too hot and they preferred not too, but it certainly wasn’t the grass height. Called to cancel due to poor service and they could care less. Had to ask about settling the account and all I got was a yes and a click. They are not worth a star at all aout of 5.

I’m very happy with their service. After problems with trugreen and Scotts lawn service, I’ve been with lawn doctor for 3 seasons now and the lawn remains in good to excellent condition all year round. When I have questions they send a supervisor out to analyze the situation before they give me an answer and the one complaint that I had for them breaking a sprinkler head, they fixed it without crying, even though they claim it probably wasn’t them who broke it (even though it was). This is what everyone should want from any service company.
