Far Away Places is a diamond in the rough! A real old-​school jewelry shop (truly a mom and pop!) where you can always get what you want, but if you go with an open mind, you’ll be thrilled by what surprises you find. They’ve got standard silver and gold and diamonds if that’s your thing, but they really shine with semi-​precious and unusual minerals. The owners were extremely helpful in helping me design and build the perfect engagement ring, and gave me a great price too.
