Think of this place like a low end Chipotle. Food is good for fast casual but nothing to write home about. Service was slow for there not being a line. Ordered a Bangkok bowl with pulled pork and classic burrito with steak. Did notice the steak is low quality, it’s chewy. Paid $ 14.25 total, each was $ 7 but they charge $ 0.25 for a bowl. I would come here again if ever in the student center but I wouldn’t come or of my way for a meal here.

So cheap and a great place for a late night snack! Got a burrito with chicken last week it was the single greatest decision I made all night. Great place to stop by especially at a college campus! I recommend to all my friends and colleagues.

I had one of their burritos for the first time yesterday and it was great, fresh ingredients and a big burrito. I wish it came with some chips or something but other then that it was good.

It’s like Chipotle or Qdoba, but with some added spunk from other cultures. You could get chick peas, or curry, or even sriracha. I really like the braised beef too. Good option for student center food, and a regular go-to for my lunch breaks.

Ughh, im usually the optimstic reviewer but when it takes you nearly 20 minutes at a snails pace to prepare a simple mediterranean burrito, I will comment on it :). The burrito itself wasnt bad, but it didnt really get going until you reached the saucey part at the end. For the wait it wasnt worth the taste, after my next RU game I will check out other options in the student center.

Not too bad. The place reminds me of a B rank Chipotle. I do like some of the selections they have breaking away from more of traditional burrito type place like buffalo chicken and the Teriyaki chicken which I had. The bowls aren’t quite as large as Chipotle but they do well packing it full. The place is in the food court of the Rutgers student center so there are other choices but was curious about this as it looks remarkably like Chipotle except it was only 2 people,(so the line your used wasn’t there) a cashier a prep person and then a cook in the back. The actual food was ok, the Teriyaki was decent, not as flavorful as I thought and the veggies were fresh but raw tasting. The siracha sauce made it a bit better. Overall ok but I think Chipolte or really any other mexican spot could do better.

I am a huge fan of Currito, and for good reason. I have said it before, and I will say it again, Currito is better than Qdoba, Chipotle, and any other fast-food burrito joint. First, I’ll start with the price of Currito. I usually get either a Burrito, Quesadilla, or a Burrito Bowl, all of which are priced at or below the industry standard in the Burrito joint industry. Price is definitely a reason to get out and try Currito. Secondly, the portions and selection of Currito is quite simply amazing. They stuff your burrito/burrito bowl and when you pay $ 7.50 for a meal, you are paying for that meal! Additionally, the selection of toppings and add-ons that Currito showcases is both vast and completely different from your run of the mill Qdoba’s and Chipotle’s, my favorite being the cabbage. Finally, the service at the Rutgers Student Center Currito is exquisite, they are truly great people who make me keep on coming back to their place of work. Go Currito!

Hmm, first off you just can’t compare this place to Chipotle because it’s not even in the same tier. Curritos is an average to maybe slightly above average burrito place. I certainly am not discouraging anyone from going here, it’s pretty decent. Average pricing and they basically have all the same toppings that chipotle has.

Horrible experience yesterday. Not the usual guy. She put the receipt under the tortilla and after a little while I asked her if she could take it out. She did and the ink was all smeared– it had come off on the tortilla. I asked her multiple times if she could cut off the piece of the tortilla that had the melted ink on it. She just kept staring at me. Even to get her to take the receipt out took a few times asking. Finally I got her to switch to a new tortilla entirely. I think she understood me, but was just being difficult and wasting time. She even smiled in sinister amusement at how I kept trying to communicate with her. I was pointing at the knife on the counter and at the tortilla showing how she could slice off the edge. Never going back. I’ll take a cold walk to Easton Ave.

Staff was pretty incompetent and disorganized. My order was incorrect and missing items. The food tasted bland and terrible, and I got food poisoning afterwards.

Best quesadilla around town hands down. You won’t be disappointed. I walked in the hot sun sweating and all for this.

Great place to eat. They give generous amounts of every item in your burrito/bowl. The service is usually pretty fast, and you can guarantee that your food will be ready in no time.

Amazing Pros: great selection Affordable Bang for your buck(buy extra meat and they give you a TON) Best burrito joint Cons: amount of toppings depend on who is working Overall I love this place. Better than chipotle, moes, or qdoba by far

Good for lunch if you have about a half hour. Not fast enough to walk to between classes, but if you’re an RU employee all is well. Ordered their house salad(with out feta). Awesome! Minus the chicken. It was a little rubbery(maybe it’s frozen prior to delivery?). Which is a shame because the flavor is spot on for spice. Other then that the salad, tomatoes, corn, and beans were great! Customer service was awesome too. The two guys who helped me(cashier & line-man) were nice and friendly. –Over all: I would go back and try another salad and maybe a burrito with no chicken.

The burritos here are amazing and really stand on their own as tasty dishes. In many ways currito really leaves the mouth watering. Additionally, the wider selection on dishes to choose from make it a truly great dining experience.

Haiku: Burritos, you can Get them here. Yes, but I Would rather not eat. Literally filling this out for a free cookie. Isn’t that unethical, incentivizing reviews for free desserts?

The burritos here are pretty good. I always get classic and the regular fills me up. I recommend any Rutgers student to try it

Currito is one of those burrito places where you assume it isn’t as good as the burrito king chipotle, but once you go you realize chipotle isn’t the only player in the game. The food is delicious with generous portion sizes and it even costs a little less than chipotle. The location is great too if you’re a rutgers student, it’s in the food atrium in the Rutgers Student Center on College Ave. I recommend the classic burrito or the teriyaki burrito but you can also just build your own, try it and see.
