Was a good experience for me when I dropped off my U-​Haul here after a 1000 plus mile trip from Alabama. Check-​out process was quick, friendly service too. I would come back to this location again and rent a truck from them for any of my future moving needs.

Arguably one of the worst u-​hauls I’ve ever been too. This place has let me down more times than Mark Sanchez. Understaffed every time, and terrible customer service. Moving is stressful enough as is, and when you wait in line long enough that you feel you should have walked out with an iPhone 6 or a new pair of Yeezy’s it doesn’t help.

We called U-​haul and set up a reservation for a truck for 5 days and got the email confirmation that it was all set. When we arrived on the day to pick up the truck the rep rudely said «You’re the one that TRIED to reserve a truck for 5 days».I replied «Uhh what do you mean tried?» and he literally tried to tell us the only thing they had was twice as expensive and for half the time??? They are a total SCAM! We just said forget it and the jerk has the audacity to act like he’s doing us a favor for refunding our deposit! GO TO PENSKE INSTEAD!!!
