Dr. Carangelo is very friendly and knowledgeable and made me feel at ease with my decision to have knee surgery. He took the time to explain and answer all my questions. His staff were very efficient as well as friendly. I recommend him.

WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. I swear, I thought it was a joke. They made me wait over an hour for my appt. there were 13 other people in the waiting room with the same appt time as me! I couldn’t believe it! There were a total of 36 people in the waiting room. And everyone was irate. And the worst part is, that this wasn’t just a ‘bad day’. From talking to people, I came to learn that it was normal. But people were saying that they needed a follow up and figured they would go back, hoping their previous disaster wait time was a fluke… not the case. And the receptionists and dr had NO EXCUSE! I will NEVER go back.
