Whataburger

Very disappointed in my experience here. Customer service was horrible. When I was ordering, the two associates in the front ignored us while they talked very inappropriately to each other. Then, I asked nicely for some condiments the lady rolled her eyes and walked away. Not to mention I ordered a chicken sandwich and the chicken inside was raw! I’m shocked by my experience here and I just feel that something had to be said. Won’t be coming back for a while.

Literally stood there for 5 minutes without anybody saying a word to us the manager looked up at us a few times after a while «connie» came up and took our order she was very short with us overall this whataburger needs some staff improvements i love whataburger but will not come back to this one

I was not very impressed with my recent trip to this location. I’m not putting this on here just a rant about horrible or wonderful food or service, but more so to praise this awesome young lady. It took forever to get my food. I had to get up and ask somebody if my food was coming because it took so long to get it to me, and by the time I got it my food was cold. The one plus side was this very sweet young lady that was working there. Her name is Stacy. She was running all over the floor trying to get every customer sitting down taking care of. When I told her I was waiting to get my food and was wanting to know the status was she mediately went to the back and looked into it and came back to me and told me that they were making it for me right now. She came back to check on mean three more times just to make sure that everything was OK. I did not want to tell her my food is called because I didn’t want her to feel like it was her fault. I watched her the whole time I was sitting down and I just have to say that she is a great part of the team at this location!

So I have gone here 3 times in the morning and all three times I wait more then 15 even if there is only one or two ppl ahead of me and line and each time I get my food it’s wrong? How is this even possible?

Jalapeño cheddar biscuit!!! I don’t eat pork, more so than not I have sausage on my biscuit and have to go back. That’s why there’s 4 stars!!! There are non breakfast meat eating people out there… LOL.

This Whataburger has horrible service. I always have to wait at least 30 minutes at the drive thru before I finally get my food. We went inside the last time we were there and the line was almost out the door. Standing there I saw at least 5 people walk out before ordering. Once I got to the counter I realized why. Not one employee looked over to even acknowledge me and my friends. I finally asked for some help and he said «just a minute» and never came back to get our order so we left. Whataburger is excellent on their food quality but this location is not worth attending at all.

Stopped in for Coffee and a Breakfast Taco. Coffee was not very good. Service was very slow. Breakfast Taco was good but expensive. $ 2.49 plus tax. Drive thru was very slow. Long line of folks waiting on their orders.

This whataburger is so disorganized! I have never spent less than 30min in the drive thru here whether it’s packed or I am the only one here. This recent time I sat in the drive thru for 35min with over 5 cars behind me getting their order and leaving. At least 3 times they came out and asked if the meal they had was mine, which it was not. I repeated my order several times and each time I got a confused look. GET IT TOGETHER!!! By the time I finally got my food it was cold.

In-​and-​Out Burger? Five Guys? Hell no! This is Texas. There is only one choice for fast food burgers. Whataburger!
The Creekside location is my favorite Whataburger in New Braunfels. I’m usually in and out in less than 5 minutes for a to-​go order. The burgers and fries are fresh and hot. What else do you want for fast food?

Gets the order wrong 95% of the time. The people are incredibly rude. Make sure to check your receipt because they have charged the wrong order in my card multiple times too.
Edit: I will say that once Dorian started working here it has made the experience so much better! We need more people like that!

The only reason to go here is because they are open 24 hrs a day and even open on Thanksgiving. There is no other reason. Period. In line for 20 minutes is not «fast food»

Worst Whataburger experience ever. Stopped in for a drink for my friend. Decided to get shakes and malts for my boys and me. They screwed up 3 of 5 in terms of size/​right drink. All 4 ice cream cups were filled way too full – lids were bulging over tops and wouldn’t snap on. Ice cream dripping all over outside of all 4 cups. They asked if I wanted a drink carrier – said no thanks. All 4 ice cream came out in a drink carrier in a bag – I believe to hide the mess. Drive through took about 20 min. Given 4 straws for 5 drinks. Went inside to try to at least correct my malt, after friend and I cleaned all the mess on all cups by pouring extra ice cream in bag. Customer in front of me repeatedly trying to patiently request what he had ordered. Told mgr on duty I didn’t even want malt at that pt and got my $ 3 back. He apologized twice but that’s more time, effort and trouble than I care to deal with to treat my kids. Too many other places around for this kind of customer service.

Whataburger is a great alternative for lunch other than eating at Schlitterbahn. And, this Whataburger was no disappointment.
The burger and fries were nothing but delicious! The place was clean despite how busy it was. The staff were absolutely friendly!

1 star for this location only… I love Whataburger but this location doesn’t have the sauce for the Chop House Cheddar Burger in months! How hard is it to get? Well it can’t be to hard since both stores in San Marcos have it!

They have never messed up my burger. Good service and a good burger every time. No complaints thus far.

The tables are usually clean, the food is good, the fries are probably better than most Whataburgers. It’s too bad they’re always playing dreadful country music.
