I really like the layout of the store and they accept sewing machines of any kind to service. However, if you have to deal with anyone, I caution you to stay away from Shirley.
Upon entering the store, she looked at me and just went back to whatever she was doing. No greeting, no smile, nothing. I’m new to the area and to the store and was hoping the store could service my machine. I stood by, waiting for someone to acknowledge me but it seemed to only be Shirley working. I finally walked up to Shirley to ask if they serviced my type of machines.
She made it quite clear with her tone that I was bothering her but at least she answered my question. My husband ran out to the car to grab my machine and I found another lady working in the back of the store who was much more pleasant to work with and welcoming.
So definitely give the store a chance but stay away from Shirley.

I’ve been to this store three times and every time I have been treated terribly. The first two times I was ignored and when I asked a question about fabric or to have fabric cut I was met with rolling of eyes and huffiness. Two years later I decided to go back because I was in desperate need of some special thread and didn’t have time to order any like I usually do. I walk in and was not greeted, I found my thread and notice a lady was doing inventory, for awhile she would be in the same area I was cool whatever but then I noticed she no longer was putting up items she was just straight up following me. How do I know she was? I’m Hispanic I’ve been followed many a time in stores, it comes to a point that you realize someone is following you. I am not a normal looking quilter, I’m young, have tattoos and I was wearing a tank and short shorts when I went in there. I have complained to this place many times and they have yet to say anything to me. I have been in there where they greet other ladies with kindness but when I walk in it’s like I’ve got the plague. I wouldn’t recommend this store unless you belong in there clique.
