Sundance Print and Copy

I’ve ordered several signs and brochures from Sundance and am always impressed by their great attitude and promptness. Senior Flexonics Pathway used to bid out all of our printing materials to online companies located all over the country. It is so great to have a familiar faces to take care of our printing needs. I know they’ll get it done right and on time!

Let me preface my comments by stating that I have done business with Sundance for several years and up until today, was treated fairly and as if my, albeit small, business was just as important as their large accounts. The personnel have been helpful and supportive in the past however, today I sent in a small job that required resizing and was told that Sundance is phasing out of small jobs and concentrating on work that «makes money.» My husband is a business owner so I understand about making money however, if we turned down the small jobs, it’s questionable how long the business would continue to operate. We have found that more often than not, doing small jobs for clients prove viable because when the client needs a larger project done, we are the first place they turn to.
I was told to take my project to Walgreens. Sundance has lost a loyal customer which makes me wonder how many others they have recently turned away.
