I got an awesome haircut from the owner Christine! I have to say she done an excellent job and was absolutely pleasant to converse with. I didn’t feel my experience was rushed at all but by no means did it take too long! This will remain my Barber Shop and I highly recommend them!

Amazing atmosphere, amazing people, and great barbers! This place really makes me feel like I’m going to a barbershop! Coming from Austin a lot of barbershops are getting too fancy and with fancy comes expensive cuts! If I’m willing to drive an hour and a half to two hours should say a lot about this place! The owners and barbers are great and you guys will know it as soon as you walk in!

I was very particular in finding a barber as I was going from really long hair to really short, and I’ve always had difficulty finding someone who can cut my hair. Not only did Christine do an exceptional job, but she also helped me decide what looks best, for both hair and beard. I could not be more satisfied with the results, and will not only recommend the shop, as I got to see the talent of Jonathon and Josh as well, but will also be returning myself.

For a newer business, I couldn’t be more impressed with the quality and experience you receive the second a client walks in the door. Anyone from harley riders, college kids, best friends, or worst enemies walk in to a genuine welcome to the shop. That’s the culture Christine has a passion for.
I’ve been a client of Robertson’s ever since they’ve opened just over a year ago. Never have I considered going anywhere else since. They’ve become exceptionally successful over the year, and it’s not just because you get a top quality haircut, but it’s because you feel as if they are your friends when you go to the shop. What makes Robertson’s incredible is that they believe in the quality experience for the customer.
For example, during the growth of the shop, they were in need of a third and even fourth barber to keep up with the increased demand. Christine did not simply hire whoever she felt could fill a chair, and increase the shops revenue. She and Jonathan worked extra hours as she sifted through applicants to fill what she who she thought could fit the mold she desired. That decision to take on the extra hours and work on her and Jonathan’s own shoulders speaks volumes to their dedication to the clients. Expand with those that believe in what your wanting to identify with. That’s who I want to do business with.
You don’t find people like this everyday. Not only do they care about the client, they care about getting your haircut the right way. I’ve had anxiety about people cutting my hair for my entire life, and now I am confident when I walk out of Robertson’s, regardless of who I sit down with will do an incredible job. They care about getting the job done the right way, and giving people a quality experience and an even better cut.

I recently started working in New Braunfels and had to find a new place in town to get a haircut. Walked into Robertson’s and got a great vibe so I signed in. Jonathan helped me that day and I have been going back ever since. He gives a great cut and will work with you to get the cut you want. Excellent place!

I went to Robertson’s today for the first time. Christine cut my hair and it turned out great — especially since shed never touched my head before. I really liked the hot towel/​foam and straight razor finish on the neck.
The barbershop itself is pleasant and relaxing. They had free popcorn and drinks (and donuts on the day I was there). I’ll be back to Robertson’s for sure. Thanks Christine.

This place is fantastic. Everybody was super friendly and welcoming. I have only lived in New Braunfels for about two months now and have been trying to find a barber shop since. The search is over and I couldn’t be happier. Christine exceeded my expectations and did an amazing job on my hair. Definitely recommend everybody to use this shop!

As always GREAT hair cut. This place has never failed me yet. Been coming here for about six months and Ryan always does a fantastic job. If you’re looking for a barbershop to make one of your regular stops this is the place.

My husband and 17 month old son both just got hair cuts and we were impressed! After another place butchered my sons hair, they fixed his hair and were very professional and fast despite him being a typical toddler and fussing now and then. Hubby said he will definitely be back!

I love when its finally time to get a hair cut. I always bring my son (4yr). Ryan always does a great job. Coming here vs a place like super cuts is like dinner at Myron’s vs gas station hot dog. Hardly comparable.

This haircut shop was really cool. The haircut is definitely worth $ 17. Not only do they give you a bad ass hair cut but they are great at guest hospitality. The setting their is a southern modern rustic look. If you are getting good vibes from this place, just trust them and get a haircut here. They teach you about your hair and how to properly groom yourself if you have any questions. This shop knows their shit. You will not be disappointed.

There are several reasons I recommend this barber shop…
1. Outstanding hair cut. I’ve only had Jonathan cut my hair, but I’ve heard nothing but good things about the owner’s abilities as well. Jonathan’s never rushed me out of the chair even when others are waiting. He doesn’t let you get out of the chair until you’re happy with the cut.
2. Excellent price for an exceptional hair cut. Note to veterans: you’ll receive $ 2 off the regular price!
3. Friendly atmosphere with free drinks and popcorn.
4. Location is great because it’s not in the traffic jam that often is downtown New Braunfels.

Loved it. Great people, fun atmosphere and my hair hasn’t looked this good in a long time. Definitely worth a try. I’ll be going back. You can get a straight razor shave which is pretty awesome.

My grandsons got the best haircuts and smiley service, and received popcorn and soft drink that made their haircut visit the best in town to where they want to come back again! These Barbers know how to cut hair as they talk to you first and get the idea for what your looking for in a haircut & style. Can’t beat this service! The «Robertson’s Classic Barber Shop» is also very clean and smells great!!! Nested right in New Bruanfels. Come and see for yourself you will not be disappointed!!!

Friendly folks, great service with a warm friendly atmosphere and 1^st class service. The location is easy to get too and parking was convent.
