I was sent another company by my warranty group and after three unsuccessful visits we requested Mr. Appliance, not only did they book me for same day service but my Bosch refrigerator was up and running after only one day. The technician who came out was very knowledgable and even explained to me in detail exactly what he was repairing and replacing. I’d recommend this company to anyone and I already have another service request put in for my dryer to be looked at. Great guys thanks.

In fairness to Mr Appliance, I needed to update this review because the problem with the washing machine turned out to be some coins in my pocket that jammed the washing machine. This had never happened in the 2+ years of using this machine, so I incorrectly thought it was not a coincident. The same technician came out, a day earlier than originally promised, and fixed it at no charge which they didn’t have to do. He is a very good technician and the only reason I didn’t give them a 5 star was because they could’ve done a little better job of scheduling.
I will, however, give LG a little dig here, which has nothing to do with Mr Appliance. A washing machine shouldn’t be jammed when someone leaves a few coins in their pockets!

Great company! They have some great people. They have a lead named Andrew, he is a true craftsman. He raises the bar when it comes to service. They work on brands most companies won’t touch.
