My third and last bad customer experience at Lowes in New Braunfels. Hose priced per foot and no one would assist in plumbing area so I took roll to front register. Measured with a tape and Manager stopped by with employee to insult me and her. Home Depot is 5 + miles out of the way but worth it as I will never ever never step into that store again.

I went to lowes for materials to make a corn hole board and washers game. We were walking around aimlessly and were approached by a staff member that offered help! How amazing is that… Normally I am running around chasing someone down. I showed him my list and told me which aisle to go to for each. Talk about a time saver!

Worst service ever! Waited over 20 minutes with no help from staff. Went to customer service to ask for help on the door section twice. Took that long. Mc Coy’s is going to be my preferred hardware store from now on!

I have to applaud the staff at this Lowe’s! We bought a refrigerator, and after almost a month, we replaced it with another model. Everyone we worked with gave us great service! Michael in Appliances, the two guys who delivered both refrigerators, and Jamiqice, who handled the finances, were super! Thanks to you all.

I love this particular Lowes. They have the best selection including lawn products, home cleaning products and lumber. I love their bathroom, which has about 8 stalls in the men’s room. Nice! The employees are so friendly, and at checkout, they have four self checkout registers. Refunds are a breeze too.

I was at this store twice today. Once to buy a large light and once to take it back. It was damaged and I was not about to install a damaged light. I was at this location yesterday and stopped by the customer service desk where the phone was ringing non stop. Since I could not get anyone’s attention I went to a checkout.
Today the self checkout had to be reset for me five times. The girl could have checked me out quicker. Although everyone else around me was having the same problems. I would have really expected them go have more people working during the busiest time of the year.

I love coming here for their plant selection, better than Home Depot for succulents. Their Christmas decoration supplies are huge.

Only reason why I feel complied to write this review is because I was at Home Depot the day before this visit. Both visits I only needed one thing. Reason why I only give this review 3 stars is because compared to Home Depot they lack in customer service. Both stores are the same but this store didn’t have someone at the door greeting me and making sure I didn’t need anything. When I came across someone they asked if I needed help and they told me which aisle I could find my product in but they didn’t walk me to it like Home Depot. Not that I need hand holding but once I was there I had a question.
