Lange Home Inspection

Fast, Courteous, Professional and did I mention FAST?!? I got the inspection report within a few hours of the inspection. Great people, highly recommend!!!

I couldn’t have asked for a better inspector and inspection experience. This is my first time buying a home and the level of customer service I have been given is incomparable. Booking the appointment online was incredibly easy and in my case, I had to reschedule — that was a breeze. My fiancée had been researching the process and came across an article that said «Good inspectors look at the roof. GREAT inspectors get on the roof.» I unfortunately wasn’t able to be at the inspection but my fiancée did call me right afterwards and the first thing she said was «He got on the roof. He’s a great inspector!» All she had to say was good things. He was very thorough in explanations with her and the inspection report was sent to me via email within an hour of him completing his inspection. The report was in color and had tons of notes and explanations on anything he felt the need to notate. Very satisfied customer right here! I will definitely be referring Lange Home Inspection to everyone I know!
