Hobby Lobby

I am disgusted with the policies and procedures that this company, and specific store has. I ordered two custom framing pieces for Christmas gifts and was quoted a cost. The sales associate told me that the 50% discount would be taken off the total amount of the job when I picked up the frames. Not only was I charged a figure higher than I was quoted… the 50% off did not apply to the sale. Customer service was able to issue a refund for the different amounts charged (mind you, on a gift card to spend in THEIR store) but they would not honor the discount or take responsibility for the training that happens in their stores. As a business owner myself, I realize that customer service is a CHOICE — just like adhering to a mission statement and moral values are a CHOICE for a company. Hobby Lobby did not choose it for this circumstance and they have lost a customer in the process. I will be shopping locally for similar items in the future.

Hobby lobby is always a great place to shop. This is a huge location with a great selection. The store is clean and store employees are friendly and helpful. I could get lost in here and enjoy every bit of it.

You can find lots of stuff here! They sell gift cards and most of the employees I have encountered are great.
Closed on Sundays for Jesus which is nice to give employees the day off but not always nice for me because Sunday is when I think of going. It is the Chick fil A of home furnishings.

I love this store. The only problem I have with it is that it’s so hard not to want to buy everything in sight.

i love you hobby lobby!!! i am a professional artist, so i come to your store all the time! your workers are so sweet and kind and you just cant beat that 40 percent coupon that you let us use on one item daily if we just show you the coupon on our phone or print it out from your website! i love your company!
