The man certainly does not owe me even(un)common courtesy. His store. He can run it as he pleases. But even asking, it is almost impossible to get a response. I went for my finger prints for a Texas CHL. I have NO idea of what the finger print process entails. «Do I give my signed(by him) FAST form to my trainer or what?» «No you keep it». I don’t know why I would keep it. I have my receipt and DPS and the FBI now(I had to ask for this info as well) have my prints. The system automatically sends your prints. I wished him a better day and he informed that his day was going just fine. I hope I never catch him on a bad day. I had $ 600 in cash in my wallet because after getting my prints done I was going pistol shopping. He had an interesting looking 45 in his display case. I didn’t even ask about it. I will go to my pawn stores as planned. His choice how to treat his clientele. My choice who I give my money to.

I found this place via link from the TXDPS site and it was about the only one providing digital printing services within 30 miles of my location. Upon entering the place, one of the two men barely nodded to the other when I identified myself and my appointment time to indicate that I should check in at the other counter. The next guy gruffly informed me that they didn’t accept cash or credit cards, and that I needed a check or money order. Perhaps my own oversight for not reading the paperwork closely prior to coming in, but certainly not worthy of the scorn and displeasure I received. I left to get a money order, and returned a little while later, trying again to be jovial and cordial, but these two weren’t having any of it. They processed me swiftly, and got me out of there in short order, but in the same icy cold fashion. None thanked me, nor looked at me on the way out, nor in any way asked if I was in need of any other of their products. Which was fine, because after that display, there’s no way I’d spend another penny nor minute in that place. I see that another reviewer took a CHL class there and had very complimentary things to say. Hard to believe it could be about the two«gentlemen» operating the place when I walked in, but perhaps visitors are only welcome if they’ve been predetermined to be spending money there. I’m probably doing them a favor with this review — if you’re just there for printing, they likely don’t want you anyway.
